You're all over the place. You're arguing that it's a different Jaxon copying Tony Mei and now you're telling me it's the same Jaxon and I should just pm him.

My point is that if you were trying to reach Jaxon directly, perhaps it would have made more sense to PM him and address your concerns and inquiries with him if you were trying to get his attention. As already mentioned, you went from randomly publicly disparaging another customs dealer, to then randomly reminding other forum users that the customs they're purchasing are "low quality" if they're not the same ones you purchase, to then insulting the entire forum by stating people here have no integrity, to then trolling other members for something as petty as spelling or vocabulary (something you've slipped up on a time or two).

I just find it funny that you're so quick to defend Jaxon and just ignore the fact that he used someone else's custom pictures and claimed them to be his own.

Here's a pic of "your" account selling "your" capes using Tony Mei's pictures. I guess you didn't delete them all eh?
The photo you used was taken at Tony's workshop.

And for everyone that's going to chime in about how "Tony doesn't own the cape custom market, etc"...this isn't about owning a market. It's purposely advertising a custom work as your own using someone else's pictures/designs and selling it.

And for all the haters who're going to chime in and get mad at me. Let the hate flow through you.

These bottom pictures are from one of Tony's customers that uploaded them originally using Tony Mei's capes. But that didn't stop you from using those either

The same can be said about buying shoes from Payless vs buying your shoes from any other name brand like Nike or Adidas.

You get what you pay for.

The only difference is that Payless doesn't advertise their shoes being made by Nike/Adidas.

I really don't want to fuel the customizer practices debate thing - and I have a lot of appreciation for Mr Mei's product and his team's talent - but we are taking about artists who are producing accessories for licensed products without having a license. And customizers who don't have patents on top of their licenses to protect their design.

Ethically - copying someone's innovation is unfavorable - and pointing out infractions has merit so consumers can make informed decisions.

It's actually a good case study in International business and commerce law.

At the very least use a trademark on the product to identify one producer from another.

Now, one person using another's account and pictures to advertise is over the line. Same as if on eBay. It's false advertising.

But in the end - what is clear is that BVS Barman from HT is figure of the year!

Wouldn't really comment on these being unliscenced capes, as for all intents and purposes, unless an exact likeness and material there's not much fault, I don't believe, in producing something as mundane as a blank cape.

However, as an artist, and I'm sure most artists would agree, using someone else's pictures as your work is an incredibly arsehole **** move. And if it is true, then I would like to have that knowledge presented, not that I buy anything modded, because I would not want to purchase from someone selling their own work under the guise of someone else's.

But, all that information is out there now, people can see it, they can make their own minds up. It's pointless debating it, we're not detectives, I think there's enough there for people to not care or to think about buying from the guy because of it.

Yep...I was really confused about this while trying to skip ahead and get to more Batman stuff...but why does he care so much? He has put more time and effort into protecting Tony Mei's name than Tony probably spends making capes...wow! I don't have a horse in the race but...wow...

Just send them a message requesting the wired version. The unwired version I've gone with is $53. I assume the wired version will cost a little more but it did look pretty amazing in Dean Knight's video review.

I want to, I've seen some really nice ones and the latest Wayne Headsculpt is hecka nice.
I'm not sure if I would go with the standard blue suit though.
