That could just be webbing from one of the other Spidey releases put there by HT to be a bunch of dicks.

It does look a lot like the Spiderman 3 webbing that I have with my Spidey. I am not saying that it what it is, but it does look like it.

It could be old webbing on a new figure, it suits the combat style of CW Spidey well, and it is VERY strange for HT to do something so tricky. It's there for a reason, and if Spidey isn't physically there.. it means he is being produced.
