I'm still thinking that there is a problem with her eyes, but yes... she's growing on me...

I think there will be poseability restrictions with the sculpted hair, especially with any pose with her head tilted back or to the side ( I must credit Wor-Gar here as he first brought this up).

Then again, HT could include another hair piece for other poses - akin to what they've done with Star Wars Luke and Han (although those were to accommodate hats, headsets, etc.).

Then again, Ripley wore a headset during the early cockpit and air shaft sequences in Alien, so maybe...

Still not crazy about this sculpt compared to the previous iteration, but I do like the fact that this isn't Ripley after a trip to the tanning salon. I can actually see pinks, yellows and subtle variations of colour in the flesh, unlike a lot of other recent figures...

This. So tired of this ridiculous oversight making it onto so many figures. It's not an amazing sculpt, but I think it's closer than Matrix was. Let's hope this doesn't come out and looks nothing like what is shown here like with Matrix...

I will say they got her thin lips pretty close. I dare say really close up it looks more like her than afar. Then again, could be lighting.

I think the case with the hair would be, less is more.

Yeah I'd have to agree I think, it almost looks like two-upped NECA hair or somethng. More wave & less ringlets please.

It's like they're going for the sweaty action look, but it's not panning out that way.

Yeah it's definitely that. Too overly stylized. And yeah, it's like a mix between of her through the film, and then all sweaty at the end. It doesn't know what it wants to be.
