Looks great, but how 'vivid' is the amber color? Is it very subtle or does the brown really pop against the black?

Just got him posed up last night after he's been sitting in his box for 2 weeks. I had to strip him down to install the batteries but i was wondering if anyone's figured out a shortcut to get to that switch on his back without having to remove everything.

I would say somewhere in the middle.Under different lighting it pops in a subtle way just like in the movie..

Yeah, it does really make a difference. Was it hard to pop apart?

Wow that looks awesome. Besides lowering the dome and the eyes. What more did you do?

Thanks I re-worked the nose and the hands and buffed the dome. I also repainted parts of the mask and chest armor.

Hard enough but doable with a little patience..all is explained a few pages back..

That's good then, I wouldn't want 'brown eyes' permanently necessarily but I like that effect when light hits it.

There's six plugs holding it together,only the bottom ones are glued. I cut through these using an exacto knife. Then using a small hammer i gently tapped on each side of the mask-join to loosen things up. It came apart easier than i thought. Good thing is that it just clips back together when you finish modding,no need for glue.

Looks nice! The cape drapes pretty nicely.

Although to be honest, I think I would prefer the stock cape and tunic. I like the thicker fabric they used.

Absolutely superb, James! Do you have a list of mods? Maybe I missed it. Looks like you got his arms to sit closer to his side and the saber hook is closer to the boxes.

I also missed how you guys are getting the dome off. Are we just wiggling it free?
