Chew your gum! :p

Before the first teaser/trailer, I was hoping for a smart film with comments on modern society, business and science.
After the first teaser/trailer I wanted to skip but gave it a chance in hope for a stupid entertainment.

In the end, I paid for almost two hours of cringing. :lol

Maybe you should stop watching summer movies altogether then. Every summer you hate all the movies that come out. Jurassic world wasn't gonna live up to the first no matter how hard it tried so it just stuck to being a fun action film about dinosaurs. I wish we could get a dinosaur movie at the level but hey it's whatever .

i liked the second one a lot.
most people hate the second, yet i like it a lot, it was nothing like the first one, but i like it. the characters were different, it had that annoying black girl, but i like it. i loved the ending

so that whole "it would never live up to the original" is a cop out. most people to this day attack the second movie yet that movie did not have as many horrible characters or as many idiotic problems as this movie did.
I will never understand how the script for this movie was green lit without fixing the obvious problems it had.

I personally was never expecting it to be like the first one, I only wanted a movie where characters dont make stupid decisions and where characters are not 1 dimentional cardboard cutouts, I expected a movie that didn't treat me like if I was stupid

Agreed. I really enjoyed the second film. I put it way above the third and fourth installments.
I would Rank the JP films as follows:
Jurassic Park
The Lost World: Jurassic Park
Jurassic World
Jurassic Park III (Theres no way a Spinosaurus could kill a T-rex like that)

The second film isn't perfect, but its leagues ahead of 3 and 4.

The second movie was never bad to me either it's just not as good as jp1 so people brought it down. As for the characters, yea they were boring and somewhat bland but honestly I knew I wasn't gonna like them from the jump to be honest. They were tolerable but not great.

it is not even the characters but how badly they were used

the bad guy was really really bad. he pissed me off (And not in the way the movie intended)
I Know they needed to get the raptors out of their cage and they needed to put cameras in their heads (i understand that was the plot they wanted) but the way they went about it with him was really bad.

I do hate the fact that the cool indian guy was killed off. biggest wtf in the movie. he was one of the few likable people. they didn't even need to kill him, the helicopter could have crashed but he could have jumped and be grabbed by a flying dino or something (Why did he even had to drive the heli anways? another wtf moment just like the bad guy with the raptors)

I didn't even hate the little kid (he was okay) but the way they got out of the compound was pretty stupid and unrealistic.
it just goes on and on, the entire scene where the I Rex escapes is really bad too. from the woman driving instead of calling to the two guys getting inside the cage. it felt like everyone's IQs dropped to 30 in that scene. that whole scene takes me out of the movie.

TLW is still worthy of watching, it's not as bad as everyone tries to force upon people. The Rex's are cool throughout too!

Yeah, I can definitely watch it all the way through. It's just that dumb scene was so unnecessary, as well as her character. But JP always had kids as central figures.

The T Rex looking into the window from the suburban back yard and drinking out of their pool was pretty cool. I liked seeing her in a true modern setting.

The raptors were just squeezed into that scene. The long grass scene is awesome, one of the best in the franchise, however what followed in the command center could have been better.

Yeah, Raptors weren't used the way they should of been. But the film being very Rex heavy is a guilty pleasure.
