Yes and no. It's 1/4 and I ordered the ex, but honestly I'll never display it.
I think i have decided to skip this for the time being. That would have blown my mind a couple months ago but I'm just not feeling motivated enough to buy it. I think part of the reason is that I already have the 1/4 hot toys version that I love and don't plan on parting with. Unfortunately, I am a bit put off by the price and EX choice. I'm also making a pretty large investment in the Prime1 AK Bats and possibly one more from that line and space is a huge issue at home. Perhaps if I come into a regular down the line, I will pick it up. Congrats to those grabbing the EX though! I think he looks great but just not enough incentive for me to grab him for the time being.
I'm in the same place. A few months ago I would have jumped on this immediately. But I've since liquidated most of my collection and now that I'm slowly thinking about the rebuild, I need to make good choice. I would love a 1/4 Bale Bats but I think I have time to wait on this one and see how it comes out. I don't think this EX is a necessity so if I wait on production pics before jumping on a regular version, I think I'll still be ok.

I like this statue, but I can't afford it with Keaton Bats (which is on the way to me) and Ledger Joker. I think I'm going to go with Keaton Bats (since he is my favorite portrayal of Batman) and I'm going to get the Ledger Joker when it comes up for PO. I really hope SS does a movie version of Catwoman at some point (Batman Returns CW would be epic!). I'm excited to see what they do with new Batman v Superman too. I think a Suicide Squad movie version of Harley would be awesome!
I'm gonna pick him up eventually because I got the Keaton bats standing next to the 89 1/6 batmobile and movie poster behind them. I want to do the same with Bale Bats and 1/6 tumbler and movie poster behind them. I collect movie bats PF with their cars lol.

Is it safe to say there will probably be room to fit Bale and Ledger in one BESTA unit?
20" is about as high as Red Skull PF and the other dimensions seem to fit half of a BESTA since the BESTA shelf is about 23" across.

Yeah I know, that's actually good for me because I'm saving money for a car, I'll do the payment plan. Still wonder about the mass produced quality since I have not experience in SS PF.

I would say the production pieces are slightly off from the protos usually. I've never been disappointed with a statue yet and I own around 15.
I'm usually pretty happy with SS production pieces overall. However, I tend to repaint most of the sculpts on my PFs (just finished the MoS one, but no pics yet). The only one I haven't repainted is the Comic Superman PF.

This is definitely not a must have EX which is prob the reason it's a low ES and still available. That and HT already has there 1/4 scale Bale already out so if you've got that and are happy with it, you're probably passing on this (me
). Another small factor going forward is that Aquaman is going up tomorrow at $429.99. So everything that has recently POed or will go up for PO in the near future that is still in the $470-$490 range could deter some people from ordering. That being said the regular will be around for a long while me thinks. Even Keaton Bats is still available. What's crazy is this piece is $469.99 and Red Son Bats is $489.99! Who thought that was a good price for that!?!? That's gonna have an ES of like 20Similar threads
