Well, it might explain why Raiden isn't out in Asia yet. It usually doesn't take this long for a figure to reach Asian shores.

For reals? I thought it would be like Asia first then the rest of the world.

Yeah, he's totally MIA, which might be the first time a HT figure is available for the Western market first. Usually Asia will get figures about 2-4 weeks after the launch at Secret Base, HK.

I have no idea if the delay is related to the defective elbows but as speculation goes, it might indicate that HT doesn't care much for the western market QC or just trying to get rid of defective stock. None of the Arkham Batmen in Asia had that defective belt issue people were reporting few months back either.

I'm guessing there's like zero articulation cause of the rubber arms?

The articulation's solid in theory - universal shoulder joint connected into the torso on a balljoint, ratcheted elbow and a bicep swivel. Problem is, as far as I can tell, nobody buying from Sideshow has received a figure with intact elbow joints, or elbow joints that didn't immediately break.

He's definitely out in Japan, that's where mine's coming from.

That's true, though in Vegas I don't overdo it so I can Rainman that mother****er.

Ah ****, big monies!?

Damn, that sucks.

Probably the case of second-round-is-the-best-round.
Likely mistakes in the first batch, corrected in the second.

Raiden would appeal more to the Asian market due to cybrogs and what not. It makes sense

I briefly considered the Red Raiden... but with all the broken arms with the regular edition I'm not even going to entertain the idea of chancing it.

If people are scared away from buying it by the regular version's elbow issues, it might drop in price. I'd definitely consider it then, that metallic red is eye-popping.

It is, I just can't help but compare it to you know who. I just wish they went with the White. Even the regular Red or Desperado I think were better choices.

They've suspected for years that life came from Mars too, from ejected material from impacts. I wonder if that will ever get confirmed.

That would be awesome insane. Also, I wonder if there has been civilizations on there.
Or like if we could Terra-form the planet to make it habitable for ourselves. It probably won't happen in our lifetime but I wonder that -if we could, what will that mean for us?
