What he means is it can only show up to "24" even if they have 1204 on hand. It used to be the actual stock count returned back as the maximum purchase, so for instance you could type "3000" into the unit box and it would be updated to reflect the actual stock from their database. IMO, that's a security/competitive hole and they've since fixed it.

Why did they include a pistol with the troopers when they were never in the movies? Don't get me wrong, I think they look pretty good.

They were in some promos and my guess is HT wanted to make the box look a little more stuffed when they started asking $200 per Trooper.

You forgot to tell people this is outside your house and there's no ceiling - and no end in sight to the pile. It's a second version of the ladder to heaven.

The same reason SSC included a sniper rifle with the Scout, neither appeared in the movies. But the SE-14r blaster pistol appeared at least back then in promo shots.
