For a moment there, I thought it was the 1/4 HT one which is an insane compliment. If It ships looking like this, SSC has done one of their best Batman pieces period, IMO.

Agreed on both statements. I think it looks better than any Batman piece they've done so far.

Looks good. Pose really is a tad awkward. SS seems to like these sort of mid movement snapshot/freeze frame poses. I can imagine maybe batman being in the process of turning around to face another thug in the middle of a fight or something like that.

Looks like Joker pushed him from behind and he is pissed trying to regain his balance and turn around, plus the pavement is breaking up for some reason.

I think this looks great! Likeness looks decent (more photos will obviously confirm this), and the suit looks really well done. With a bit more "movement" in the cape, I think this will display very well.
