I'm not saying ppl should like this character or figure. Be it for me to tell ppl what to buy. I just want to say that I'm glad Robocop gets his due, amongst the sea of redundant releases (in my opinion). Robocop is an important pop icon. He's had his day now with the releases. And I'm glad for it.

It's a great time to be a robo fan.

I was more referring to the western markets, Sideshow and the general reaction on the board. Lots of people passed because they didn't like the paint job and the character wasn't important enough to them to buy anyway.

I think it was DarkSpidey who did a magnificent RoboCop 2 colours repaint.

Mark 42 and 43 paint is not accurate also anyway but sell like hot cakes though. People complaining Mark 45 paint being not accurate also yet queue to preorder it

No love for Robocop in Asia? Dont care, we can give him all he wants in America and Europe !!! Guess they are more into Transformers, Marvels and those giant robots.

Love that pose of Robo with ED 209

Get that face put in properly DarkSpidey! Pull out the chin guard at the left side and it'll slide all the way in. It just looks wrong in those pics. Great paintwork tho!

Congrats to you both, I think you're going to be happy campers. It really is a brilliant figure. I know some have been griping about the paint and how it's not movie accurate, but if the fig was 100% movie accurate than it would look pretty janky indeed. I agree with a previous poster in saying that this an idealized version of Robo, and I love it.

Yeah I love the figure and yes I would agree it is an Idealized version of Robocop. Ive said it before many times that if you are so stuck on the inaccuracy of the colour to not buy you are missing out on a great figure. And especially with the newly released B/D version and Alex Murphy, this figure is a must have for Robo fans and collectors.
