Premium Format Conan the Barbarian: Rage of the Undying PF

I got both Leonidas and Medusa and think both are excellent. Medusa is easily on par with any of my other statues. If I had a quibble it would be that the snake body is light but then again, the alternative is that it would weigh too much if it was full. I have the Minotaur coming and I am definitely into the Frazetta stuff.

Don't have Sonja on pre-order but I think the production pics look great. I'm baffled that people are complaining about them ..... its like people have never seen what happens when Sideshow move from prototype to production, and how bad that transition usually is!

I think Sonja survived looking great and fingers crossed Conan does to (if the skin paint job matches Sonja's I'll be happy)

FYI My EX WL just converted from April 28th. I am so strapped and may have to pass on this one but that is hard to do given how low the ES is.

I canceled the Exclusive a few weeks after the preorder, the extra sword isn't worth the customs fee imho, and I much prefer the mace+kopesh combo anyway. But if you are in the States, the low ES is nice and the sword addition is not bad if you care to switch out from time to time. If this goes the same route of the old Arnold PF, the silly sword exclusive could worth some good extra dollars.

Just jump back on the WL. I kind of doubt it is that deep, and with potential Christmas shipping, will get more people dropping off.

I'm getting stoked for this piece. Now that I have Red Sonja in hand I just can't wait to get them together.

For the price I would have liked a few more weapon choices though. The Khopesh is not something I would have voted for. It's a very specific Egyptian weapon from a very specific period and I'd have preferred a swap out arm with a shield.

Still it's a 1/4 scale in mixed media.....just in time for Christmas. Thank you Santa

Does anyone know if sideshow is going to continue the Conan line? If I remember right after they did The Prize on ask sideshow they said that 3 were in pre production stage. We got Fury and now this one(Rage of the Undying). All the Conan's so far turned out awesome and Red Sonja also turned out good in my opinion. A King Conan PF would be nice, one of him with more armor, or Conan holding Belit after her death.

I asked Alex some time ago, she agreed that both the last Conans sold well but she also said that as fare as she knows, there are no other pieces to be expected soon.

You're probably right.

They should call us patients instead of customers with so many pieces being delayed.

I hope to never go through what I endured with the Superman PF EX ever again.
