In fact, I was going to post this earlier but forgot, the trailer for Automata,



That movie looks really good btw, but the point is that I felt more connected to the robots shown in that trailer than for Ultron, and they didn't rely on having human facial traits to have expression or convey self awareness, imho over-humanizing robots like that seems like the easy, cheap way out.

I'll try this post to be my last complaint about a relatively small thing, because I really have no other things to complain about, I'm sure the movie will kick ass and Ultron too and I'm already warming up to t800 Ultron's design, but I was hoping for a self-aware robot that is detached from humans.

Like GeneralZodLives says, maybe that will be one of his middle forms, before he realizes humans suck and goes full Ultron.

Yeah that would be brilliant, its my biggest hope for this movie.

I dont cry often but the music and seeing ultron made me cry just now


i gave up on collecting hot toys and marvel stuff but ill buy whatever they release of ultron. even if they release 10 figures, i have to have them

After IM 3, I don't trust that the villain advertised is even the villain. So I don't totally accept that Ultron will be the bad guy in this. I think its going to be Andy Serkis. He had about as much screen time in this trailer as Guy Pierce did for the Iron Man 3 trailers.

I really hope this isnt the case like at all. Ultron looks to be Marvel's first bad ass villain. Yea Loki is cool and all but he's not a badass in the slightest.

That first shot of the Hulkbuster's foot coming into frame is pretty much an exact copy of the Rhino's foot from the ASM2 trailer.

It'd be cool if Ultron initially strives to be more human then decides humanity isn't worth it. Then he could shed the human characteristics from his appearance and go full-on Marvel comic book Ultron.
