With the trend of using Kaibutsuya kits for the Gigantic series, these are the only other kits they haven't used yet that I know of.

1984

That is so b@da$$ it makes my teeth hurt.
My only hope of ever owning a jumbo 84, or any other version of G-Money, is if NECA makes em. I hope if they do they fine tune the shat outta their 84. :D

unboxed the Gigantic 1995 last night. What an unbelievable piece. I am blown away. There may only be a 7-8 in size difference compared to the 12"-30 CM line, but the overall mass of this Gigantic 1995 is a sight to behold. it's about the size of the biggest, tallest, fattest cat you have ever seen, or a smaller-"average" sized dog. When i first opened the box and removed the tail, it was then i realized the scale of this piece. I removed Godzilla from the box i just began to laugh, like a little child...at this size, the detail, the sculpt and the finishing. When i was thinkiing about buying i said to myself 19"...it's big but it's not Gigantic, boy was i wrong. This piece is massive. It's truly a sight to behold. It's a pain in the ass to display but it's absolutely worth every single square inch it occupies. I tried displaying it next to my life-size SS Predator bust and i had to move it because it DOMINATES the Predator bust :( , well maybe not dominates, but it certaintly diverted your attention from the Predator to Godzilla. It's sculpt, mass, detail and overall finishing is right up there with the best of them. $400-500 is a lot for a Godzilla collectible, but man right now this is THE Godzilla collectible to own. It's worth every penny, it's worth your wife being aggrivated at you, and i'd even say it's worth selling a piece or two to acquire it (that's what i'm doing...my Sideshow freddy EX Diorama is on ebay right now to help fund this Gigantic Godzilla).

in conclusion, quite possibly the best thing i've bought in a long time. If you're on the fence as so many others have said, stop wasting time...BUY IT NOW. and mine does stink a little.

Here is a quick comparison with the xplus gigantic 1995 and the orginial Kaibutuya resin kit. Well first the resin kit is larger but not as much as I thought it would be. The detail on the resin kit is crisper but xplus is no slouch. One thing that struck me was the pose above the waist, the xplus leans down where the resin kit is looking more straight ahead. What is funny xplus used the same eye decals that I did, I could not tell any difference at all. Those who have been toying with the idea of picking up the xplus 1995 don't wait jump on it ASAP but be aware it smells horrible. I can't stay in the room with it to long because I get a headache so hope that fades away very soon.

Thanks for the first hand comparison. i like that it's angled slighty downwards. Looks great displayed below eye leve and looks even better above eye level.

also the lean is look almost exactly like Godzilla's posture when he delivers his atomic breath (more athletic stance)

Ordered GBG!

SSC Godzilla cost anything over 500.00 I am out! I have 200.00 in rewards points with more on the way... But now that I got GBG at a great price... SSC G is expendable :)

GBG along with my 4 other Xplus Godzilla's represent the King the best way possible for me. It would be nice to get SSC version but I fear the price may be on the silly side.

good move JAWS, i couldn't be happier with this piece.

I was already feeling good about my purchase.... Now I am really pumped!!

I went from Zero to Toho in no time.

This beautiful nuclear explosion of color will be going up on my wall tonight and there it will remain waiting for his arrival!

GBG will be placed under the fiery glow of this desugoji.

Buy it from Batman Professor as fast as he can make them.
