Don't know if the 42 is a good example, a lot of people don't like his color.

Does the figure in the Upcoming Releases pic have the same shade of gold as the STGCC piece? They both look a little dull.

The figure at STGCC is most likely a production piece. I doubt there's time to make paint changes, especially if it's still on track for November.

Great shot, man! There seems to be a bit of shine to the gold parts, which aren't reflected in the figure...at least, so far.

Yea I am happy with the paint. It isn't mustard yellow. Looks smooth on my night table.

You're welcome. It's hard to tell with the light reflecting and flares all over the place

Yeah, it looks too yellow and plastic looking and not very gold/metal-like.
The paint in the promo shots looks way better and more movie accurate. :/
