Watched the trailer like 10 times already, pure awesomeness.

It didn’t spoil anything either, Kojima did a great job with this trailer. Hopefully he’s keeps his trailers like this, Ground Zeroes trailers spoiled everything.

The more it sits with me the more I hate REX appearing in this game. It just makes no sense!

Why, why would it be around 20 years before MGS1. When it's explicitly said Otacon created it. If any metal gear it should be the TX-11

I just watched it finally. Dull trailer, and this dark theme couldn't be ever more annoying.

And REX existing back then completely undermines MG1 and MG2 completely. I just hope this game will be the final stepping stone to getting remakes of MG1 and MG2 so we can finally put Big Boss to bed and get the star, Snake, back in the spotlight.

The darker tones don't bother me. Heck if Kojima takes mature look at these characters(dark does not equal mature) and in his story I will be impressed. Most games today try to avoid uncomfortable subject matter. Like AC3 taking place in colonial America, and just glossing over slavery while a war for freedom is going on. Or the briefly touched upon treatment of Native Americans at the hands of the settlers. Rather than say anything meaningful, they choose not to say anything. I hope Kojima does not pull his punches here.

I hope we get a date too. They are not getting their own event, so more than likely they will be with either Microsoft or Sony. My bet would be Sony, since they are getting the Exclusive console, and Kojima has basically confirmed PS4 is the ideal system for this game.

The feelings I got from watching it twice (J & E ver.) are boredom and annoyance (from the reuse of REX)
What a let down.

I also can't believe those guys on MSF (?) tried to throw Big Boss's canister of cocaine into the sea! That's just evil. I liked the part when he was like, "no way, b**ch, you're not taking my cocaine!". And then he opens the jar, rubs the white powder all over his face, and lets the ocean air blow it into his nostrils.

Now I see why BB has a prosthetic arm (apart from ability to do a rocket punch)

Yea the AC games are okay for gameplay, but they have so much potential to write great stories, and they never do. Thats one series that seriously needs a rest.

Wouldn't surprise me, YouTube's policy against inappropriate videos is ridiculous and makes no sense. I uploaded a video of the sex minigame in God of War: Chains of Olympus as part of my walkthrough and it got removed and I got a strike. Unlike the other games you can't see **** or anything so wtf.
