Thats what SS said... but they were able to offer the movie promo mk 7 to other countries after complaints were voiced, and even stated Canada should have been able to order it, so one can see why I dont believe anything SS says

Well then I would be wrong. I do feel for you guys who didn't have a shot. But if SSC had to restrict countries from ordering, it is only appropriate that the US should have the primary opportunity at Captain America.
If we ever get an exclusive Guardian from Alpha Flight figure one of these days, I hope the U.S. gets excluded from ordering to balance it all out.

Mine converted very early on. I was actually surprised since I wasn't on the WL long. I wasn't expecting this one to convert.

Has anyone's wait list converted recently? All this talk is making me feel like mine will never convert. It's a bummer but I guess I will have to deal with it. Don't even want to think about the price tag this will have on places like ebay.

$299 is the cheapest right now, thats not bad, seen one for 700+ also
