he certainly has a huge impact on my room Shoo:lol.and yes it is indeed a ''mighty fine statue''.i wonder if blitzway will do a complete 1/3 bruce movie set.:dunno
as this may be my last ''bruce''(for personal reasons)I'd be pretty gutted if they do.but never say never:wink1:

a couple of quick shots before bed.i must admit this has turned out better than I expected and looks great displayed.
hats off to blitzway, even though it's my 1st PF type statue (and most expensive) they did a very very good job.it even knocks the HD1002 off the top of my list.
not perfect but dam near.also many thanks to Roberto at toy hero's for excellent communication and service.i also think the bronze plaque goes better with the base.
yes my pics still suck!!

Fan-Friggin-Tastic Chris!!!! :love :love Now that's a mighty fine display my friend :clap massive congrats on finally receiving mate....now kick those shoes off, sit back and admire one of the finest Brucey collectibles in your own living room!!! :chillpill:

I will certainly think about it getting one...not too sure Lee at CDUK will be too happy as I cancelled my order back in December :( he's selling it for GBP500...would you say its worth checking around for cheaper prices?

I PM'd you.Lee did say he would have a few spare ones early in the month when I asked.his stock should be here in a few days .

How come u ended up getting the Bronze plate and not the gold one? Is this part of Blitzway's 300 set they just released? :huh

yes my pics still suck!!

There not too bad Chris they do the job at displaying this magnificent pice in that clear display case! Looks awesome :yess:

I got the bronze plate as my original seller let me down with the statue(and the engraving)steve, and I picked this one up from Roberto at TH.
the non PO came with a non engraved bronze plate, which I think blends in better with the base than the gold one.but I'm really pleased with the statue
and he looks great inside the case.

So all non POs come with Bronze plates? I only thought the new set of 300 did, that is an interesting fact.

Yep sure does! ;)

Now I got to get one but unlike u it is going to cost me hundreds have one made! :gah:

it's well worth keeping him dust free.i don't know if a custom acrylic case may be a cheaper option for you steve?
I was quoted £115 for one,yet james built this for £65 (luckily he was at a fair 20miles away so I picked up) or postage would have been another £30.
just been on blitzways site..interesting and never noticed this before (or is this for the 2nd run)
*Orders placed during the pre-order period will receive a special gift. The reverse of the nameplate will be engraved with the name of the purchaser (limited to 20 characters in English), ''the serial number will also be laser engraved in the numerical release order''

Well that's what I was going to do, isn't urs made out of acrylic? I have acrylic display cases for my 1/6th figures and they cost like $50. So imagine how much it will cost for something at 1/3 scale! :horror.

Where is this suppose to be because it is not on my name plate? :huh

mines solid glass!! steve.and for the price....BARGAIN..yeah strange about the serial numbers I don't think anyones got one.

it's thick safety glass and yes it's pretty heavy..james now makes the larger cases with a sliding door or removable top for easier access.
mind you once I get bruce as I want him displayed he's staying put:lol.otherwise I'd have arms like arnie:rotfl
and it's nice and airtight so no dusty bruce.

So ur not sticking with that pose u have atm? U going for the iconic pose?

not sure yet steve.I'd like to try and get a forward facing stick pose (a slight arm mod would be needed) as I prefer bruce with the stick,he seemed more mischievous with it.and due to the lack of rear space in the case the stick cant be used.but I prefer the ''chuks'' hanging down.than the more ''iconic'' pose

I can see why u wanted a smiley face head sculpt now then. ;)
