I don't think the wait was all that long for the people who were in the second wave for Batman. Like with Superman I didn't get any notice for Batman while others were and still ended up in wave 1 so I guess there is a chance.

Yeah, it seems like no first time payers have gotten their notices...I'm starting to wonder if this first batch is all flexers orders...

This batch thing is pretty annoying. I mean, they never used to do it, it sucks they do it now. I guess though, it has to do with the size of the order. It's a lot of pieces. So I guess it makes sense, even if I don't dig it.

I was in second batch on Batman and it was 2 weeks after the rest, if I recall correctly.

Second batch for Superman on me as well, wahhhhhh. (No flex pay, by the way).

Ok cool. Getting Batman in the 1st batch spoiled me!

Superman is charging for me on the 21st. Which is what I wanted so yay.

Nice! The expected ship date is April, I expected mine in April since the date hasn't changed again. At this point it's not looking like April for people not in the 1st batch which is really the only thing that doesn't sit well with me. I do budget quite well with these. But I have enough on PO for the rest of the year that I really shouldn't worry about just 1 thing. Harley, Widow, Apoc, Spidey Com, Cap, etc, etc...

Per SSAlex over at StatueForum: I believe FLEXPay folks are being fulfilled first through this batch. The next batch will be full payers.

So that's what I thought...That's definitely disappointing, but at least I'm not the only one that hast to wait...Hang in there my one time payment buddies...Hopefully it wont be too long of a wait for the second batch..

Why the hell are they doing that? That doesn't seem fair at all. I know it's not that big of a deal but it just seems strange. It should be in the order in which the PO was made...common sense. If this is going to be the case going forward, I guess I will just flex pay everything.

:goodpost:

Yeah I totally agree...Nothing against the Flex Payers at all, but it really isn't fair...I don't understand it, but it is what it is...

Let's just hope that it's only a couple weeks before the second batch comes in and not longer..

Could be SS wants your money sooner so they are pushing people to use their Flex pay system. And odds are they get a lot less cancellations when people use flex pay due to the higher penalties for cancelling.

It is very irritating since I always order within the first few minutes of any statue I buy. Should be first come first served, whatever though. Guess I'll just look at pretty pictures and sit here twiddle my thumbs.

what are the penalties for canceling a flex pay order?

I'm actually skint this month so if no email by now means I'm in the second batch and next month then that actually suits

As long as they have replacement capes if it comes damaged like my Batman PF did

I don't remember the exact amount. It's based on the # of payments you've made when you cancel.

I generally only flex pieces I know there's no way I'm passing on. Anything I might cancel I go single payment. That way worst case I only lose the NRD.

I figure with the NRD, its generally more cost effective to just buy the figure and sell it (usually for a profit) rather then eat the NRD.
