If only there were harsher punishments for such crimes... these kind of people consider going to jail as a passage towards manhood. To quote someone from a ghetto neighborhood, I guess Americans call it "the hood", that my friend overheard while waiting to pickup someone in her car, "Growing up, I was taught there are 2 things that make you a man. Going to jail, and knocking someone up." And it's generations of such bad parenting among other things that we have these "problem kids" in our world today.
