Premium Format Poison Ivy Premium Format

Ok, I'm sorry to hear about people who have problems with their Ivy. That being said, people like CBG, who are calling SS constantly about everything under the sun, including a BROWN SHIPPER BOX?!?!?, are going to make it harder for people with real issues to get their issues fixed in the future. SS won't want tobe as helpful as more pettiness comes their way. No statue is perfect, and I know we spend a lot on these, I've spent even more on "imperfect customs".
For the record my Ivy has way more flaws than the one I mentioned. Chip on her foot, scratches on her legs/thigh area, gap between her hair and arm, etc. (like everyone else). I just choose the flaw that I thought was the worst IMO. I asked for members opinions on the "statue", not opinions about "me".
Anyways, no harm,no foul. No bunched panties here my friend.
I've had my Ivy for a few weeks now and I've decided to not touch her up. Other member's opinions about my statue were right. She looks great as is!
Happy collecting brother.
Edit: oh and I've only contacted SS this one time regarding a refund.

Did anyone else get a coupon with their Ivy? I received a Save $20 coupon but I am not sure if I can use it on the Green Lantern PF or not. It states, Code cannot be applied to any Sideshow/Hot Toy item that became / becomes available for Pre-order or In stock from May 23rd - June 30th. I am confused by the wording on this.

You should be able to use it on the Green Lantern Premium Format Figure. These coupon codes are not usable on NEW Pre-Order / In-Stock items that go up for order from May 23rd - June 30th.

I like CBG and I think he gets too hard of a time on these boards BUT I agree, people complain too much. My replacement Bride of Frank PF has a bit of a lazy eye but everywhere else she is flawless. I never contacted SS because who cares, everywhere else she was PERFECT. For another example, I had to return my Freddy Krueger PF because his foot didn't go into his base and stuck out over half an inch to where he floated. I didn't dare mess with him so I returned him. It all depends on how serious a flaw is--we should pick and choose battles. EVERY statue will not be perfect as they are hand painted pieces. If it is a bad flaw however, return it. If it's a minor flaw, live with it.

The one thing I'm fussy about are the eyes, I can't handle lazy eye. That will completely ruin a perfect statue for me. Other than that I'm not that fussy, it would have to be something really bad for me to make a complaint but I've yet to have a problem or a problem I couldn't put right by myself anyway, hopefully it stays that way.

What did people expect... Guys have been talking about SMASHING statues over at SF in order to ensure they get a replacement Ivy... It was bound to have a reaction.

'all good things must come to an end' lmfao. Those great times when we moaned about the slightest imperfections and SS used to to send us replacements, they were the good old days.

I think that's why they started using decals depending on the piece. It's nice though that a lot of the eyes are hand painted. Hard to get it perfect. The lazy eye bothered me a little, but overall, I was satisfied.
Had some issues with mine (which apparently aren't enough to get it replaced but they're not enough to send it back, argh) but I did grab pictures and do a review of one a local buddy of mine received :
Tossed up a video here too, though I changed up the framerate settings which made it a little jerky on Youtube, I'll fix that for my next video.
