I was thinking Superman had very little official pics...
Didn't realize is was less than half of what Batman had. No 360 either.

Anyone know of any delays coming up in the future for Bats?

Well he has already been pushed back 5 months so that it will be a year and one month since he was POed, so it would be about the same time as Joker if I am not mistaken.

Additional pics won't come until closer to release. 360 possibly.

I wonder if the avoided the 360 because they know that more people will pic up on the fact he has no S on the cape... Lol

We'll find out soon enough. All I know is that if this stays true to the product specs on their website....a 30lbs statue of this character is nothing to sneeze at. .

August I can deal with, I just hope it doesn't take any longer than that, then again it would be really cool if it was released early-mid october.... just in time to showcase him during Halloween!

Nope. The Bats PF is 13.61 kg which comes out to 30 lbs. This is according to the PO page on the SSC website. This will be a beast of great quality if those numbers hold up.

Thanks Josh! That ought to clear things up a bit. Now I just hope the numbers hold true. The Hulk Maquette lost over 20 lbs before shipping.

Oh yeah. Bats is it for me as far as the DC U is concerned. I could have this piece alone and no other DC statue and be very happy. However, if SSC F's up Bats. I'm done. I'll have no other SSC DC pieces in my collection. This piece is that important to me.

Oh yeah. Don't get me wrong, I have always read comics from both Marvel & DC since I was a kid. Batman, Perez's run on WW, JLA, Teen Titans, Superman, Green Lantern, Suicide Squad, Doom Patrol... It's not like I don't know about the DC U. To this day I read comics from both publishers. It's just that Batman is by far my favorite character at DC. I can't say that with Marvel. There is no one definitive Marvel character that I love head and shoulders above all others.
