I know what you mean. The biggest disappointment for me, in regards to SM3 was Venom (or lack of).
I was super pumped to see him n Spidey fight and was disappointed with the actual fight itself. I thought it could have been much better!
I loved Spider-Man's transformation into the Symbiote suit but hated Peter's transformation into the Emo.
My favorite part of SM3 is Spidey vs. Sandman in the Train Station! Really great scene.

For the Raimi trilogy as a whole, I liked all the film's but LOVED 1 & 2, especially 1. I really like origin stories, never get tired of different interpretations. My only disappointment with Spider-Man 1 was the Green Goblin costume, but that's just me.

(I would by it in a 1:6 version in a heartbeat though )

I like Spidey 3 the best of the three.....but then again I loved Wolverine Origins. It's nice being a big super hero fan, yet not being a super-knowledgeable comic book reader that hates it whenever a movie varies from the comics.

Number 3 really makes me sad. It's a Spidey film that I WANT to love, but it isn't actually all that great. I like it, don't get me wrong, but it was not a great film by any means.

Thanks, that does seem cheap but I think marvel legends (link below) would be cooler, im going to keep an eye out for cheaper one thou, but in my mind this is how venom should look, not what SM3 portrayed, Really wish HT would make a Venom version like this, how cool would that be

Agent Venom would be awesome! I love the design. The new Marvel Select figure is great, it's such a shame it's a DisneyStore exclusive.

I saw that, it's awesome. I don't think it's available just yet. The Hulk was the only one that has showed up on www.disneystore.com as of a couple of days ago.

I'm definitely doing some sort of Agent Venom custom....as long as I can talk Tony into doing the suit. Ashkanis already had a Deathstroke head sculpt that would work very well.

I have to disagree completely. SM 3 was categorically the worst of the films because it was just a huge fight between Sam Raimi (the director) and Avi Arad (head of Marvel at the time). Raimi wanted to finish out the Green Goblin saga, Arad wanted Venom in the film. So Raimi threw Venom in there and it was awful.

I'm a huge Venom fan, but the way he was handled was terrible, and it showed how badly the Raimi/Arad feud was. Especially after the masterpiece that was Spider-Man 2. And not for a lack of trying, because Topher did the best with the character he was given, but wow was it bad.

However this figure is amazing, and probably in the top 3 in my collection. Even the emo Tobey face is perfect.

The Medi venom is not great. Compared with HT figures especially. When I first got my R&B spidey I stood him next to the Medi venom and was really disappointed. The Medi height is severely lacking. Venom should be huge. Even Topher was taller than Toby so the venom character should be much bigger. The head sculpt was decent but way under scaled. I sold mine shortly after.

Oh I enjoyed the hell out of X-Men Orgins too, even with the changes to Deadpool and Gambit. I just think SM 3 was terrible because it forced 3 villains into it, and didn't give us the character development and respect I think they deserved. Sandman, Green Goblin 2, and Venom all got shafted in that film, none being as awesome or well done as Green Goblin or Doc Ock from the previous films.

That would be cool. The right way to do it is to see Pete become the Symbiote spidey and finally defeat it and shed at the end of the film with a teaser of venom for the final movie in the trilogy if that's all they are going to do.
