I wouldnt ask any questions if this was released as a LSF.

I'd just makesure that she was the center piece of my collection.

Maybe if they do continue with this line, we might see a Gambit, Storm, or Jean.

Those characters would sell well..

on second thought, if they did decide to make a LSF of Storm, they'd probably want a more classical and universal look. Her Cockrum design would be extremely appropriate for the LSF...

first comic I read was an early issue of Uncanny. I think Mastermind fooled the X-men into believing that Dark Phoenix was alive. They were no match until Storm literally flooded the mansion. As a kid I thought that was the coolest thing. I was just the black swan of the family, and I always thought Storm was an underdog of the X-Men and one of the most powerful superheroes (little did I know about comics back then, i guess sky is the limit).

I just remember reading a lot of past issues of Uncanny X-Men that my older brother got me involved with. Batman, Storm, and the Hulk were the only superheroes that I really followed as a kid.

My brother got me hooked on comics, she was a theif and I kinda related to certain aspects of being an outcast as a kid being the youngest etc. (i dont know why).

The Byrne/Clairmont X-men era was truly epic I hope and pray for an X-Men line based on the work of the legendary John Byrne..

yeah I got around to them, my bros comics were in crap condition but the nostalgia of reading them again is really cool. also read a lot of early Batman stuff. I remember the graphic novel A Death in The Family. I remember they held a contest in which people got to vote if they should kill off the second Robin..

They dont do that anymore.

Would you really pay 2K a piece for LSF classic X-Men characters?

Gambit and Storm, Id consider. I wouldnt outright pay $2000. I would probably save up some reward points and sell some of my other statues to get one.

Batman Id highly consider as well.

I honestly dont think all of these will cost $2K, thats insane.

;lol just imagine the additional costs on a 2000$ statue (taxes, shipping, insurance, custom, etc..) Total cost could easily exceed 2500$ :monkey4

In the UK that thing is going to be 2000 GBP shipped; alternatively, shipping direct from SS (assuming they agree) is going to be a killer... and then there's the fedex/customs fees. For my Predator EX bost I got charged $120 (equivalent). I hate to think of what customs would charge for a 1/2 scale figure

That's why I voted for down the line. If I got get him on day one, shipped for $2200 or so, I'd do it. I saw Pitu's view, this would be the best wolverine out there imo... but only if we get what was on display @ comic con. If by any luck it's 1,500 then I'll get it on day one; shipping, fedex fees and all notwithstanding

:lol You think they're going to charge you just 200$ for shipping (to the UK), taxes, duties, custom etc..for a 1:2 statue valued at 2000$???:rotfl

You presume too much if you presume to know what I think. I said "if", I added "or so" and I wasn't referring to shipping from SS, I was referring to getting it from the UK. But I understand your confusion :peace
