Which is it? Do you feel condescended to when you're contradicted? Is there a way to wholly disagree with you without contradicting your point of view?

Because I read through the entirety of my first post in response to you and I saw no insults. All I read was a contrary point of view, stated with uncompromising certainty. You find that offensive?

Uncompromising, narrow minded, and condescending. It's not what you say, but the way you say it. However, you already know that because your intent is clear. You actually enjoy this. That's the sad part about people like you. No matter how well versed you are, you will always look to create a ____ storm. It bring pleasure to you. It always has and it always will.

Time to get out and enjoy some time with the family. See ya in awhile Boys and girls.:wave

I think we should know the es right away. And if they want to stop having so much stock in their warehouse, then maybe they should consider charging less for their statues.

I make no apologies for my beliefs.

I guess if you say so. :dunno

But, is that just your compromising, open-minded, and non-condescending opinion? Are we to take it as such? So you don't really mean it, you aren't really sure, and you really aren't talking down to someone as sad as me? Funny, because it doesn't sound that way.

I do really mean it, I am really sure, and I am talking down to you. It seems that's the only language you understand.

You are like a dog running in circles always chasing his tail. Except now, you are running around chasing your favorite topic in this thread... YOU!

There are many people here that share my view. Feel free to quote any of them and engage in your banter. You can't. It takes away from the attention you are receiving.

You hide behind uncompromising principle as a reason to speak down to people. I am now officially done with you. Feel free to quote me again with more of your witty retort and nuggets. People like you always have to have the last say on any matter to prove their superior intellect. I was wrong about one thing though. You are not only useless, but clueless as well. Have a nice life.

They are a business and things aren't getting cheaper. The us dollar is weaker so it cost more to poroduce. The price of oil is going up and is needed for most everything they produce and needed for that long boat ride here.

I am sure they could lower price some by making exponentially more but then they get stuck with them because people think the ES it too high. They really don't have too many items in stock really. Plus if they never had in stock items how would they ever have sales during spook/black Friday etc...?

You know filip, I wouldn't have to continuously engage you if you would stop indulging your cowardice and answer a single one of my arguments. All you have done since the moment I posted (right up to your final tirade) is throw a tantrum. The only one who has descended below the level of rational debate thus far, is you, and you did it from the moment you were challenged.

If you want to go on believing that you've been somehow persecuted, and that gives you a measure of peace, then who am I to deny you that? I certainly don't have the energy to break down that kind of delusion, and I honestly don't care if you insist on being so obtuse. Not my problem. You go on believing that I'm some egotistical bully who only tells you you're wrong to make himself seem bigger. It's not going to make your rants any less full of it

No, poor entitled princesses. The tables have turned.

Same here. They've been getting screwed for years. It's about time they stopped bending over for the demanders and whiners.

I only know what I know. I am capable of articulating it in a manner which you cannot respond to without insults and histrionics. It follows that you'd assume I think I know everything if you can't answer me otherwise. It's a good excuse.

Thought this thread might be interesting. After reading the past two pages, turns out I was wrong. First time for everything.

Yeah. I agree. If SSC wanted to drop it's pricing it would have to lead to larger edition sizes. No one can complain about the price point and demand low ES. The economy being so bad and the USD being so weak can't support that.

There are a lot of business reasons that go into these decisions - and it makes no sense to try and second guess.

They do go into a pre-order with an edition size in mind, but it may not be posted in case the response is greater than anticipated and it can be adjusted to meet demand. Now with the NRD the demand should be realistic and not filled with flippers. The NRD is a great stride in the right direction to realistic Edition sizes - but nothing they do will ever make everyone happy.

But you also shouldn't expect that they will come forward and tell you everything about how these business decisions get made. No company that deals with the public does that and it's not realistic to demand that they do so.

All we can hope for is in future they have full disclosure of ES with NRD put down for the customers who want it. It's great that SSC paved the way with the NRD and adding scale information to their products. Kudos to them for doing that, and for the really great customer service thus far. Great to see all the constructive stuff in this thread, please refrain from derailing it.

Agreed 1000% fuzzy. This thread was not started by me to criticize SSC. There are many things to like about their company. It was only my hope to see if SSC would be agreeable to posting the ES of future pieces that required an NRD. As the old saying goes.....it doesn't hurt to ask.

i think they are just testing the market. seens this line is something new to them? they want to know who will get and who wouldnt with the nrd. everyone should guess they already have the es in mind, just to make sure what they belive is true by putting the TBD. but maybe after joker the next few po for dc they will show the es after they know how well some char sell and some dont. but have to agree as customer we should know it before hand. and as customer we have to be patience sometimes for the company to do well in the future, we may not be good with that. this hobby is all about sharing and not crtiticizing, maybe sometimes:)

It is possible that they are testing the market. It really doesn't matter what their reasoning is. SSC always does what they want to. That's understandable. However, this thread was created because they did use a set ES with the Rogue Ex PF. They also charged an NRD. Rogue sold out in roughly 6 hrs. It proves that the method works. The Joker also would have sold out regardless of which method was used. The sculpt is too strong and the character is very popular. Far more popular than Rogue IMHO. I just wanted SSC to know that I liked the method that they used on the Rogue presale. I feel that it obviously works. Rogue sold out about 10 hrs quicker than the Joker. So, I just wanted to state my preference of continuing the presale method already used on the Rogue presale. It is obvious that most people who commented in this thread agree overwhelmingly. I may be wrong. We'll see. There is a thread now that states an opposing position. Maybe there will be more people that don't want a set es with an NRD. It will at least give us a more accurate view on the subject.

have to agree with you, dont get me wrong, just saying maybe thats all..
i myself like to see them putting out the es. i know some will disagree, but can see more agreeing to what you just said. different people have different point off veiw:)
