Won't matter as they will be different scales and one will be 1/6 figures and the other will be 1/4 PF statues.
If anyone in the know from Sideshow or elsewhere can weigh in, I'd just like to know if the licence applies to Smallville and whether we'll see figures of Clark and Lex? I know I'm not the only one that would like to see 'authentic likeness of Tom Welling as Clark Kent'.
I hope they focus on their comic license. I could care less about any character from Smallville 90210 or whatever.
Hey - that show had its moments. Also hoping for full Knightfall line.

Though I'm personally not a huge fan of all the lines and whatnot, I think it's very possible that you'll get one. You might also want to pick up some of the rest of the Jim Leegue while you're at it, though:
I hope you are wrong. Hot Toys has the movie licenses covered. What I want are HIGH QUALITY versions of the figures based on the comics. I've had enough of the DC Direct 13" garbage. If they make the figures based on the comics I will buy ever one, period. If they make them based on movies, I won't....Since I am already getting them from Hot Toys and all I really collect are 1/6 scales action figures or 6".

I'd buy every one of those. Is that Cyborg on the end? He's odd looking, but whatever. All the rest look awesome. Even the ones in the background. I'd buy 'em all.
The only artist I really don't care for is Alex Ross. Yeah, I know everyone else loves his art, but I don't like my superheroes all looking old.
Also is that Lex in the upper left corner of the background? I assume so.

I'd realistically only get Batman, Green Lantern, and Flash. i've never been a fan of the other guys, and I"m sure space would be a definite issue once they start arriving.
I would prefer SS to do Alan Davis styled DC PFs, but that won't ever happen 
Re: Alex Ross, some of the Marvel 1/4 scale statues seemed clearly inspired by him (Captain America PF, Iron Man Comiquette, and Thor PF come to mind). I would actually prefer that "realistic" look to some stylized Jim Lee or whatever. . .but not more than Alan Davis.

Imagine these done as, say 1/5 dios (1/4 may be too big for two characters the share in one piece), in a white and grey with splashes of colour, it would look so unique.
