If Sideshow does another sauropod and I can't see them not if the line continues..it should be really different so either Brachiosaur like I mentioned earlier or something unique like Amargasaurus maybe.

Jeremy, I have to ask finally, don't take offense or anything please..but just what kind of job do you have that you afford all these beasts ? Depending on your answer, I just may have to switch professions... lol

I work at a distribution center for Lowe's Home Improvement, in the Appliance department, loading trucks. Nothing flashy.

Each of the pieces I have coming to me, were purchased with quite a bit of space in between. The Apatosaurus was paid for last December, so he's been taken care of for awhile.

I had this concept based on the few pics I've seen of you , that maybe you were in a popular band or something..the Slash if you would.. heh heh

I spend a lot of time in our local Lowes for various projects...better pricing than Home Depot for sure.

I guess just about any single person with a steady job could do pretty well collecting then...the steady job is my biggest problem. I haven't been paid for work since November really.

So ....no notice on this big girl yet ? If not I figure she won't make her May release date...but then I think we all felt that after the tupu was delayed. So June then ?

I'd say so, unless they forgot to mention her. I don't think that's the case, as it'd be pretty hard to forget a collectible as big as she is.

It's okay, because I'll need a break after Wonderfest. Gas alone is going to take a toll on my bank account.

I don't know why they can't keep us updated just a bit better...it's pretty obvious she won't be here in 30 days and still be May.

I was hoping to get this one done so I could figure a ship date...I have a trip coming up in June and I really don't want her to arrive while I'm gone...too many chances for something to go wrong. :/

I can sympathize..sitting around burning gas in the heat of the day waiting for traffic to move is a royal _____ to say the least.

Sucky thing is, I have to drive my parents van there, so I'll be able to transport my Apatosaurus. I doubt that it would fit in my car. I could strap it to the top.

Where are you going on your trip, if you don't mind my asking? Isla Sorna?

The Tupu was released around the middle/end of April so if the Apato is delayed mid-end of June seems likely.

I know you too well. They need to invent a new synonym for "delay" that has yet to be stained with negative connotations. The best I can think of so far would be "rescheduled," but that sounds odd.

Just read in the newsletter the Apato is said to start shipping soon..but at the bottom there was again no mention of it in the 30 day notice or anything. :?

Pretty vague, but it looks like we're still at least 30 days away. The Velo/Proto and Spino are nearly sold out, which I guess is good news for the line.

I'm hoping this guy comes out soon. Shane's Apatosaurus is already getting lonely. She needs another Apatosaurus to keep her company. Shane said he plans on getting Sideshow's Apatosaurus as well. He had one of Jonathan Rader's Apatosaurus kits at Wonderfest, but someone had already bought it by the time I asked him about it. Hell, he said Martin was there as soon as they opened the doors, and bought all of his new kits. Good thing too, because the Allosaurus sold out before midday Saturday. It's definitely a show stopper. Shane said that Steve did the buildup on the Wonderfest showroom piece in two days.
