I want to. Its crazy looking at my calander on my phone every friday until like the middle of June I'll be seeing movies. Plus they're putting the EE of the LOTR films back in so I'm seeing those.
Nice!
I'm looking forward to the EE LOTR release on Blu ray at the end of June. :yess:

Yeah, I'm stoked to see them in the theaters again. :rock Gonna be the best summer for movies ever for me I think.

Same here! The ROTK EE in the theaters is the same day they come out on blu.

Where is the figure???

Seriously I really want some Thor on my shelf but first I need to know how good it is.
Judgin from spec&pics it's too lean and articulatless.

just saw the movie - it already started April 28th in Europe - it's kind of okay but not as good as Iron Man or even Iron Man II. All the Asgard part is a bit slow and the designs are kind of old fahioned - I didn't like them. I liked the part on earth - would've liked to see more of that rather than so much of Asgard (which I found kind of boring and forseeable)

:horror:panic::panic::horror

No offense but I sure hope the high positive score on RT is correct and you're wrong :lol

I'm ok with it not being better than IM1, that's a hard film to top....although i'll sure be happy if Thor is as good as it....

But if it's worse than IM2, then i'm definately concerned because IM2, while sometimes fun, definately doesn't hold up to repeat viewings as IM1 does.

No offense, I guess it comes down to opinions and personal taste, but I really disagree with your post.

I think Thor is better than both IM films. The pacing is much better, characters are awesome and the story is great.
I loved the whole Asgard scenes, it's what makes this film really stand out IMO. The designs are beautiful. It's like a modernised look of classic Norse gods, if that makes sense.

I loved every single second of this film, and I can't wait to see it again! :)

:peace

Please Lord and Baby Jesus, please don't let this movie be boring and with a ton of messy CGI, you know...like the 2 Hulk movies

4.5 days to go until the midnight show.....:panic:

Saw Thor yesterday, Really liked it. Better then Iron Man films IMO.

Great effects and Hemsworth did a good job of portraying Thor.

Have to get this figure!

Indeed :rock

Now onto a little business talk.

Fast 5 had an incredible US opening.

Thor opened in 2nd place to Fast 5 in Germany and Russia :horror

That being said, Thor has an impressive 93 million world gross, obviously not counting the US.

I don't care either way, I know which movie i'll be seeing multiple times the next few weeks, but if I were Marvel-Paramount, I would be a little concerned.

Being better then Ironman 2 is not exactly difficult imo.. but unlike IM2 the avengers setup in Thor thankfully was not overpowering...this movie was all about Thor!

I know which movie i'll be seeing multiple times the next few weeks

I can't do that and i can't understand how some people can, i could not watch the same movie again so soon after already seeing it,even if it's a great movie ..i'd wait a year at most before i watch a movie for a second time, I'd feel i'd be almost spoiling the feeling i was left with after seeing the movie the first time it if i went to see it for a second.

..however i would watch a good comedy more often then any other genre of movie.

Roper gave Fast 5 a B rating which is pretty good for the type of movie it is.
