I was surprised by that as well.
true that, I'm new to collecting these ht preds but I for one would rather wait longer and get more - something different. I got berserker and compared to the other preds I have (none of the avp series sadly) he really doesnt come with much - still a great figure though. then we look at falconer - looks great, great paint aps everything but comes with also not much.
I dunno what they could add but lets say for eg. the original wolf pred - hes still my fav atm, hes got his spear, 2 cannons, his rolled and unrolled whip, a shurikan and 2 folded shurikans nicely haning off his belt, in essence comparing that to my berserker - the berserker is kinda boring.
I know its movie accurate but does anyone agree with me in the slightest?

I don't, I think they are fine the way they are and I sure as ____ don't want to pay more for ____ I wont display him with.

I hope not. All Hot Toys have to do is recycle the new Predator body and add some modifications to mask and armour and you have Tracker. Easy money.

He better not be because he's so essential to the other two Preds from the film but I cant see HT doing that, especially after p*****g off all the Batman collectors by making Scarecrow an exclusive, I've got a feeling he'll come with a Pred Hound.

It's possible but with a hound, the price would skyrocket of an allready nearly $200 figure.
It could be but I personally doubt it. Like I said with a hound included the price would skyrocket and there are severall collectors who just won't or can't put out that kind of cash. My personal opinion the best way we'll get a hound is through some kind of exclusive. Again though these are just my opinions so take em' with a grain of salt

Honestly I am getting a bit worried. I mean if they announced him tomorrow, that would mean most likely the third or fourth quarter, which would give me plenty of time to save up....But I just wish we'd here something. The only thing that makes any sense is the issue with the hounds. I'm hoping they include 1 or 2 in a static pose. Otherwise the cost thing will be outragious. On top of that who would want just 1 dog?
It's funny how berserker is meant to be the main pred in that film and the leader of the other two, but it's tracker who has the unique gear ..both berserker and falconer have almost all the same armor parts while tracker has a style of his own, you would think the main bad guys goons would dress the same ..but no.
If we do get two dogs with tracker that will make for an awesome display as a stand alone figure, i have passed on the other two figures and plan to just get this guy as i think he will look the best of the 3 displayed by himself.

Who knows with HT? Look how long after the main release we got Gort from Pred 2... I hope beyond hope though that they do indeed come out with Tracker - he's just too cool looking for my Pred display to go without...

Yeah I don't think that will happen either, just guessing. you get ghost rider and a bike for $249.99 and sam and the light cycle for the same price and look at the size of their bikes i can easily see them doing a tracker with hound for $250 and i would pay that in a second!

The Preds are currently going for about $190 retail give or take (granted there are places that sell them cheaper). Ghost Rider if he didn't have the bike would probably be $150 at most. So if they added a hound with Tracker your probably looking at a nearly $300 figure. It's not a terrible price I suppose but not every one can or is willing to shell out that kind of cash on a toy.

I'm certain Tracker is coming. I know a lot want the Predator dog to come with the figure and I can understand their desire for one, but I personally just want the Predator. He is a cool design by himself and a formidable Predator on his own which was demonstrated by his stalking the team on the abandoned ship...except for when he got blown up. The Predator dog would be a good SDCC exclusive item in my opinion.

I'm sure he'll be announced soon. I mean if they are gonna go and make GORT and Lost Preds that had what a minute of screen time then I'm sure they'll make tracker since he was a "main" pred. I'm thinking he's being held up because of either the hound issue or they are trying to be able to give him a face because of the outcry against falconer not having a face. Just my thoughts.
