I was about to pick this up in target earlier, but saw that TRU has a buy 1 get 1 40% off, so I guess I'll pick this up along with Need for Speed tomm. Good to know this isn't just a cash-in like Force Unleashed 2 was

You will also get $20 giftcards each for AC and NFS.

The single player is awesome! :rock

The multiplayer is rather a gimmick IMO and will get old quickly. The first round I played I actually enjoyed. Even got 1st! Beginners luck!

The second round was less exciting and I found most people just stood up on rooftops. I'm pretty sure the game wasn't designed for people to hang out up there.

It's interesting and a cool feature but again no biggie for me. I think it would be more fun to have a room full of friends playing.

Got the Codex edition today, that big chest looks great with the Hot Toys figure as it looks like the Assassin Tombs from the last game.

Guys, I'm trying to get the bonus DVD to play. No joy so far. Do I have to install the game b4 it will play?

On the xbox 360 system here.

Thanks.

Yeah I think the co-op MP is going to be fun. Otherwise the regular death match mode got boring really quickly.

I agree with you. The story mode so far has been amazing. The MP is alright. Takes a bit longer to find a match than it should IMO.

Ive been playing for 4 hours straight now and i have basically taken over towers and exploring Rome, this is really fun because i was in Rome earlier this year so i am trying to find the places ive been :lol

The thing is with the SP its gonna take a bit. There are so many side quests and such on top of the other. I haven't even started adding to my assassins guild yet.

Nice!! I'm starting to get frustrated with some of the climbing. I see some of the ledges where he needs to go, but it's like the game is making me go another way around instead of just jumping straight up and grabbing it.

Yeah you have to climb buildings beside the towers sometimes and then jump from a higher point back to the tower.Ezio have all the skills, why can't he do the "superjump" climbing anymore?Seems kinda dumb if you have to unlock such things all over again since it is the same character and all.

Can I preorder this game off of you when you sell it for $40 next week? :monkey3

If I remember correctly, he has that ability for the first mission of Brotherhood, so maybe he lost it when he was injured and you have to unlock it again.

Yes that is correct, might have been because of the injury but still,as long as he has it in him...

Man, it's a bit more difficult repairing Rome compared to renovating the villa in AC2. Need more money faster!

How big is rome in this game? ..overall is it bigger then all the locations in ac2?

Rome is gigantic. Easily 3-4 times the size of the biggest city in AC2 (not sure which, Venice maybe?). I don't think it's the size of all of AC2's cities combined, but Rome is still massive.
