I haven't had a problem ordering from SS for the past 3 years until today...

EDIT: BTW I just phoned SS CS and they told me that indeed they have more figures available for Non-Atendees than Atendees in this case...
So I guess they indeed had less available on-time for SDCC...
Whatever... big screw-up by HT and SS...

You are such a ____ing hypocrite Mesa. Remember the PZ Ex PF fiasco? It was fine then, but all of a sudden, because you can't score one, you're whining like a crybaby? They were listed as an SDCC Ex. They went up on the day and time Sideshow stated they would for attendees. And the only reason you're crying is because you missed out. Had you gotten one, you'd be rubbing it in the face of every freak who missed out. This is no different than the Gunmetal Iron man from last year. I think that sold out in about a minute as well.

Was I crying/whining? Other than saying "fail" and how the situation sucked balls for everyone expecting to actually be able to order at the time, I didn't think I was crying.

He rocked my socks off when I saw him and the others (esp Elder) in the cinema when I was a kid.
Predator 2 and that last scene in particular, still remains one of my most favoured cinema experiences!

I pray to Crom I get one tomorrow after not succeeding today.

i begrudgingly want it because i've already committed to owning every lost clan pred HT makes.
at the time, i didn't expect them to make more than one and i already own the Elder and Lost, so now i gotta get this thing.
if i can't, i'm getting rid of the Lost and Elder and keeping the P1. i don't need 3 preds in my collection.

I would take what he says with a grain of salt; Nam usually is saying what alot of people are thinking, but in this thread he is kind of being a prick.

Earlier this year, I started really getting back into Hot Toys and I was really excited about this piece because it would save me from having to track down a P2. I have Dutch, P1, and Machiko right now.

I actually have been slowly selling off my PFs to buy more...and to think that I actually SOLD my Hudson, Chopper, Ancient, and STARS Leon a few years ago to buy PFs...what a failure.

I didnt know the company hottoys when all the preds were available. So i want this one, because i love the look of the figure,and it will be my first hot toys pred. I wish ive known hottoys earlier, when the released the p1 i love that pre so much.

That is very interesting. Maybe I was right that they might be getting these in 11th hour and just won't have the time to get a lot of them on the truck for SDCC. Seems like they should have just gone the Sarah-1000 route and just offered him as a non-con item all together. Because now everyone is freaking panicked about this and tomorrow there will be blood

There was absolutely NOTHING typical about this EX order process unless u go back about 3-4 years.

I've never seen SS sell out in mere seconds...for anything! But as they say, first for everything. And this truly is a first. There have been times that things sell out and guys complain that they missed it, but for all these guys to have attempted to order and only two apparently got through...never seen it before...never happened before.

quick question. i have a subscription to the newsletter and a account. i have also priority pre ordered stuff before, but never predator stuff. i also didnt change my newsletter account settings to include the predator mailings. so what im trying to get at is, can i still preorder him tommorow??? im already stressing as it looks like a slim chance to get one anyway
