Am I the only one who wuld much prefer a Gorgo? I could care less about an immortal and probably wouldn't even buy it. Now Gorgo i'd get in a heartbeat! Perfect counterpart. Xerxes of course but Im not sure how they could even do him due to his size.

Maybe if Leonidas sells well enough, they'll use the Na'vi body from Avatar for Xerxes. It just won't be blue.

Xerxes is more up HT's alley than the immortals, with all his jewelry, piercings etc. They should do an Xerxes before anyone else. Question is HT is known for 1/6 12" figs. To be in scale wouldnt Xerxes need to be more like 15-16"?

Xerxes would be an amazing Hot Toy!!

I WILL say that after more fiddling I'll retract my earlier hasty statement of saying I do not like it.... I like it there's a lot of great things about it,...but I'm still quite disappointed overall.

He would need to be 18" as he's supposed to be 9 foot tall

I may purchase a second Leonidas to have a Sparta warrior alongside Leonidas. I am guessing simply replace Leonidas sculpt with standard TT it should look different enough. Still tossing around the idea

I have the Shrine of the Dragon and the Temple of Anubis environments from SS. I plan to use the Shrine for Perseus and the Temple for Leonidas & soldier. Get some use outta them

Or you could just leave the head off and it could be his captains beheaded son.:monkey1

Good call robbie. I was considering the same sculpt. I have two of them in storage and the skin tone etc. matched Leonidas.

I need to convince myself to buy a duplicate figure, I have never done so and I am reluctant to start. I think it would be a great look. :monkey1

Me too. I have the head sitting right here in front of me. I have yet to pull the trigger on two either. I was also thinking about using this head for a Sabertooth Liev figure after seeing the bash that Creg is doing. May have to buy a couple.

You'd need to remove the horse hair thing from the helmet too, since only the main man has it. Which in turn leads to repainting the helmet. I guess for a customiser its nothing much though, and it would no doubt be very cool.

With regard to a counterpart for him, if they do one and don't do a Nomak to go with Blade then...

I was watching 300 last night and I found a Pose from the slow motion seen that looked really bad-ass. I could see that Connor MacLeod wanted in on the action, THIS IS SCOTLAND!!!

I see what your going for but I think it needs something more, that looks a little static if someone doesnt recognise it...

Just me though, if you like it then go for it!!

Hey does the head fit on the body?? With these muscle bodies the neck tends to be larger than TTs. I tried putting a head on a Wolverine body once and it did not fit at all. Before you go and buy a second Leonidas make sure the head actually fits on the body. Especially the one that came with the slim body. That also had a smaller neck.

I just got him so I am posing in different ways until I get what I like, but I am open to suggestions, whatcha got?

Man I am just having a blast with this figure, so I tried a different pose. I like this one, what do you think?

Yes excellent pose. This figure is really impressive looking:D

I like the idea of making more Spartans, I always thought Hot Toys should have released a 'Spartan pack' with a body and 2 different character heads. It would have sold multiple times
