I dunno if you read the novelization of the movie (extinction), they actually had whole chapters with Jill in em, where she was off doin her own thing with a group of survivors. It was actually really cool. That and i remember Millas Twitter said something about Maybe Jill returning.
Of course i dont/cant know for sure. But i kinda hope she's in it, I like the actress who plays her (Sienna Guillory)

When I saw this clip again after reading the postings of people wanting jill again, I thought this was showing chris and jill in the background. One is chris but other is either alice or claire.
Also the hair isnt black, just very dark towards the bottom....has kinda like he dyed his hair blonde and the dark roots are growing out.

i think its claire cause you can sort of tell what shes wearing, and it looks like the outfit claire is wearing throughout the rest of the trailer.

I was just joking about her dying. I was basically trying to say that only sucky characters can thrive in the horrible films of Paul Anderson.
I really liked the girl who played Jill as well. She's very beautiful, lovelier than Milla Jovovich. I just wish she actually did something in Apocalypse rather than hide behind stupid, super powered Alice. I hate Alice.
Maybe that's why Paul Anderson doesn't want to bring her back. This character will steal the show and nobody's gonna care about the *beep* Alice.

I thought Alice was alright, but the biggest mistake they made was give the hero super powers. In this series i feel its crucial to keep the hero characters human and vulnerable.

I would probably have enjoyed the movies better if they didn't try so hard to make Alice seem super bad ass and the actuall game characters helpless little children. I mean the Jedi powers in RE3 just seemed like somthing a 13 year old would write because it would be "cool".
