I think you need to go and see your optician, that's a boot that batman wears, as such it is ONE PIECE, as has been shown in pictures, and can be seen in photos and in the film.

Your incorrect assumtion of it being two pieces is, as I just said, incorrect. So I called it out as such, if you can't accept that you're wrong, you shouldn't be throwing about your opinions as facts on the internet.

put a wire in the cape of mine and it really makes the fig so much better:

i'm gonna be sending it to a friend to get a full wire armature under there for even better poseability. been trying to hunt down an HT Batman to swap the boots out, but since he's so rare/expensive now, the Medicom figure will have to do. after that i'll have the perfect BB in my eyes.

How come it always comes to "which figure or movie is better"? Why can't they both be good and we leave it at that? The people that prefer HT can post about how great it is in the HT thread. The people that prefer the Takara can post about how great it is in the Takara thread.


Personally, I like the HT version better, but I still appreciate and own the original Takara. It has its flaws but what figure doesn't? I love the irony of all this too. If I remember correctly people HATED the Takara cape. Now people LOVE it and want it for their superior HT Batman. What happened.

Differing opinions aren't the problem. People like RICEaRONI coming in looking to stir the pot are the problem. You had to know that you would get negative reactions RONI when you cracked jokes saying how "bad" the figures. People just responded adding to the negativity and now we have a discussion about which one is more accurate.

WHO CARES? They're both good. Some people like the HT version more, others prefer the Takara.

Why can't we just leave it at that?

you're in the Silk Spectre thread talking about how people are justified in their own opinions. contradiction isn't flattering. it's human nature to defend one's own likes and dislikes. people are going to argue no matter what, get over it.

all depends. I'm an articulation junkie, as such, the Takara batman is superior for me.
