And bro how are Gundamit? Will be my first time with them
They shipped my Zack figure really quickly and didnt have to pay any import fees. Shipping to my country also reduced the total price.
Parcel was well packaged but the only kinda bad thing is they wrap the shipper box with their Gundamit tape, which is hard to remove if you care about the shipper box.

Thanks a lot my friend :)

People seem to forget GT and GDI also include shipping and under-declare. I guess the consumer confidence in Kit could be worth the extra $30~ many figures have been going for there this past year. Still will always be my go to for HT, at least.

Either way, can confirm that ripping off the GDI tape from my own Zack definitely broke a piece of my little shipper heart

Damn. In 24 hours I went from not interested, to need it, to don't need it that bad. Not worth $400 IMO.

Especially if one already has a HT Superman.

I’m a huge Snyderverse fan, so this figure is must-have for me. But I have to say that I’m not totally sure that I won’t still in some ways greatly appreciate (as much as this IA BvS Superman) the vibrant blue of the HT JL suit and it’s head sculpt facial expression that radiates a more stern “command presence.” I’m in a minority but I like the stock HT Superman head sculpt. It’s a bit stylized versus totally screen accurate. But I really like the stylization. And yes, HT JL Superman has shoulders that are too large. But I dig the fact that overall he exudes being a badass. Between HT JL and IA, I’m genuinely curious which figure will speak to me more.

IA JL Superman‘s facial expression seems a bit more vulnerable, reflective, and soul searching. Which is appropriate to the film! And that’s cool. I want that too. But I’m not totally sure that I’ll love it more than HT JL.

Considering how much sculpts and custom capes go for this is a very fair price.

For real. And considering what I spend on customs for my passion project (in my sig)! I’m ending up north of $600 once I have head sculpts and armor custom made.

I think the Hot Toys is going to pop by comparison but also look a bit daft.
I cannibalised my BvS Superman to make my custom MoS Superman. I'm going throw a load of parts back together as I have the suit and cape anyway so he still has a presence on the shelf and then I will just get rid when InArt shows up.

I never got the HT BvS Superman. It was actually the first figure that I originally wanted to get back in 2016 when I first got interested in this hobby.* But by then it was sold out. So this is my chance to get one.

By the time I got HT JL Superman in-hand I was satisfied so didn’t feel the need to hunt down a pre-owned or never opened HT BvS Supes.

Yeah, it’s going to be fascinating to see how my feelings about the HT JL figure are affected by thus IA BvS one. For me at least it’s just not a foregone conclusion that it‘ll suffer hugely by comparison.

* Instead I ended up ordering BvS Battle Damaged Armored Batman as my first figure.

Is that because you don't like using 2nd hand? 90% of my Hot Toy collection is from Ebay.

I think the headsculpt and suit will hold up quite well. It's the body that I think won't.
