Some beautiful rooted hair work already being done by some talented artists. Credit to the artist here.
I prefer sculpted hair honestly, regardless I’m beyond thrilled to get this figure, can’t wait.

Go work for them bro! Tell them how you feel about it LOL LOL Orrrr don’t buy it damn it’s not a human being it’s a as close to screen accuracy as they can get. Remember these people have a budget to work with to leave room for profit. It’s a scaled down version of 1/1. I can think of a ton of other figures that have missing things and nobody complains about it and it still looks good. The problem is everyone on this thread I’m sure like me has OCD to an extent of their expectation. If everyone is gonna be critical about figures than it’s time to get out of the hobby period.

Cool, thanks for posting this! How would you rate the head sculpt? Looks significantly improved from the original prototype photos.

I freaking love it. Screw what everyone else is thinking it’s finally out. I’ll do a real hair mod later. But it’s great IMO. Headsculpt is Jason Momoa for sure.

Watch him pose with the figure then everyone will want it

Here you go haters lol......this figure is sweeeeet, you just don’t have it to file compliant get it then talk to me...
Fact: I have it in hand and I don’t see what all the moaning is about
Fact: What your complaining is minor compared to the crap Spider-Man suit and iron Spider complaints and the list goes on and. On
Fact: no filters or editing and it’s a damn good figure.
Fact: it’s finally here and looks good next to Tactical batman

That's how the suit actually is in the movie , chest armor is a separate piece.

Exactly the chest armor
In the movie
Is completely separate and the sleeves go thru the top charts armor piece I do not
Understand what the &$%?@! Is expecting it to be it’s like it’s not engineered good enough for collectors. So I say come up with a better plan since those people are experts at it.

Screen accuracy doesn’t mean it looks good on the figure though. I am not cancelling my preorder because of it but really just don’t like how it looks in the pictures. Perhaps it looks better in hand.

That chest gap is movie-accurate to an extent. His a=chest armour on the ribs aren't flared out nor do they break the V shape of the torso. The reason why people are unhappy is because it is glaringly obvious and ruins the flow of his core. More disappointing than anything, go to any toy fair photo of the figure and I can guarentee that its presence looks a lot better than the final result, simply because there's no visible gaps - it wouldn't be so bad if it was how it is but it having something underneath to fill in the rib gaps.

Waiting to see some more to see if it can be made to sit flush.

I don't mind the color scheme of this suit, but something about it I just am not a fan of overall. I think it looks too busy having the scales and designs all throughout the suit. There also isn't enough of a break between the upper and lower portion and it looks like a giant onsie or something.

So much trash talk on this figure. I don’t like it, it looks like this it looks like that, this is exposed that is exposed. Freaking heck don’t want it don’t buy it but unless you have it in hand like I do in sunny Florida for Peet’s sake shuuuuuuut uuuuuup. It is a great figure in hand. No the elbows are not exposed lol that is a fabric like Superman BvS sleeve and the armor
Plate on top of the bicep the arms are socket arms like IW Thor. He has better articulation than IW Thor which was a disaster from the hammer being underscaled to no waist articulation they should had done with Thor what they did with Aquaman. Anyways both are favorable
Considering.
Preach brother Thor would have been awesome if he was made thr same way he cant bend at all . This dude should be able to pull of some incredible poses th
I think wonder woman should be done the same way or at the very least they need to make a muscle body like that of wolverine so she can at least pull of her signature cross arms move!!!!

Do you mind showing me a photo of the difference between them and now?

Sure, this photo, although a bit dark in contrast shows it well, how much better and seamless from his rib cage to armpits/chest is:

You have him in hand right? Would you be able to take a straight on photo and see how flush, as much as you can without damage (no idea if it's even possible to go full flush) on his chest to see if it looks like the pecs can pull-off looking seamless as well as on his ribs making a V shape without a gap?

I'm not trying to hate on this piece, I was extremely looking forward to it, and will likely still get it. I loved the design of his suit in JL and his eyes, annoyed they changed it for Aquaman. Just so so disappointed with those gaps, the prototype was spot on costume wise, slightly frustrating they could have managed to figure another way around it rather than just cutting it up.

Sure!!!! Man when I get home I know what your talking about so it shouldn’t be an issue

I'm with you on Wonder Woman, such a shame she can't do that signature pose. Also with her knees covered by armour it makes no sense not to have a joint there. It would be invisible from the front and greatly improve articulation.

Really is a shame how it turned out. Hopefully they handled the Solo version with better results
