Exactly! Especially for $300 items that aren't shipping for a few months yet. SO if you got on really early, there's always a chance.

For those that selected more than one and the message came up that one was sold out and directed you to reselect without that one... chances are VERY good that they were pretty much all sold out at that time anyway - as they all seemed to sell in about the same amount of time... approximately 46 seconds! Go servers!

yup, they were pretty much sold out after people were redirected to uncheck the sold out selection. my buddy checked thor and odin. thor was sold out and the screen told him to go back and uncheck thor. by the time he got back to just get odin, all gone. another 'glitch' in the ordering system that may need to be adjusted.

Why so bitter?, when it comes to something like this its a matter of right time right place, fast computer and a lot of luck, be happy for the people that got them, they will be paying for them after all, not like they are getting them for free.
You will be able to get a Spiderman, but like most of us you will have to wait and look around for good deals on him.

thats exactly what happened to me, the second the page came up i did it and still got NOTHING!!! this was completely gay by sideshow cause i had no chance in hell because of the average "high speed connection" only the ppl with crazy ass internet speeds got these and thats not fair. i know im crying bout it but i deserve to because this event wasnt even fair. BASTARDS! but thats the way it goes. thats life and i expected that. these pieces arent even that great but i still wanted one for a descent price and now i know thats not going to happen.

Not really a glitch as the PPO page specifically said that no Wait Lists would be available until all were sold out, so I didn't take any chances and only tried to order the one I wanted the most, and then tried the others.

High speed connection don't have that much to do with it... I'm at work and our entire office (about 60 people) is sharing our cable Internet connection, which is only 6Mbps down and 1.5Mbps up, which is only about average these days.

I have checked with them but they want $166 for shipping to the UK which is rediculous and I cant afford it on an already expensive item.No way it costs that much for 12" statue.
Ah well, it will be nice if I can get one as I love Spiderman but I'm not gonna go crazy with money just to get one.

i did read somewhere that wait lists wouldn't start until all were gone, but didn't see where it said if you have more than one item and if even one is sold out, that you would have to go back and uncheck a box. with only 20 of each, the system cost my bud an odin. no glitch...

I still think this was the fairest way to go on these. A lot of people are gonna disagree with me, but us European collectors missed out bigtime on Doom and Cap. By the time we got the newsletter announing it, they were already sold out, not even an option to wait list.

PPO online may be a ^^^^^^, but ultimately it must be the fairest way for everyone worldwide to have an equal chance.
