Punisher can shoot Batman in the head with his M-4. But it won't make any difference. Just read issue 3 of Neil Adams' Batman Odyssey and you'll know what I mean. Batman takes one point blank, up close, from an M-16 in the head, the bullet ricochets due to the armor there, and causes him a really, really bad head ache. Bad for the dudes with the guns once that headache subsides. Yeah, the targets in that pic are already subdued. They just don't know it yet.

This is all irrelevant...as they are just figure's and they can't actually kill each other.

You Batman fans are absolutely delusional. I love the arguments you hear all the time...Batman would figure out his enemies weakness then find a way to beat him...what an easy answer of BS, lol sorry but its funny. So ok, how about not shoot Bman in his armored head but what about his mouth? His nose? His jaw or chin? Fact of the matter is that Wolverine would shred through his armor like he does everything else and he could do nothing about it. Spider-man too would kick his ass up and down the street. Its really just a popularity contest with him, too many fans that allow him to never be beaten. Im just giving you Batman fans a hard time he is a cool character but he is just a man who would age and become vulnerable like any other person, hell look at Clint Eastwood!

I agree... I'm a batman fan... But I often wonder why Batman is in Battles with Super-villains... with Electro knuckle dusters. Sure that'll do it! Batman has been over-achieving for years!

Its like Thor fans thinking he can beat-up Superman! Which we all know is BS... And don't give me any of that Hulk could beat Superman either! :slap
