I beg to differ. UC is getting harder and harder to find as days go by. They are no longer an up-and-running company.

Im not sure how many Shards of Narsil were made but they go for a lot of money that is for sure. That is probably exactly why you have not seen it before. Its been out for quite some time now too.

helmet details not yet finish

I know you said that your helmet isn't finished yet, but do you know the top part is on backwards? The 2 trapezoids are at the back of the helmet.
