What is the difference between the Hot Toy Predators 12 inch and the poseable models?

On Sideshows website they are in two different categories so what is the difference? They are both made from Hot Toys right?

Yes, they are. I guess the 12" figures are the ones that don't really have a model kit build to them. But yeah, same thing.
