What is Hot Toys MMS400?

Could be a totally dumb question but I was curious and can't figure out what the MMS400 is. Usually they make a bit of a deal out of the 00's, don't they? I can't recall seeing anything and went looking around and can't find it. It would be right in between Death Trooper Specialist Deluxe and Porcelain Trooper. Anyone know?
