I used to watch Animal X, Supernatural, and A Haunting on Discovery Channel.

Those were some awesome and sometimes scary shows about paranormal and cryptozoological things. Really interesting

Oh and Entity if you like English shows watch The Royle Family & Early Doors both fantastic comedy shows you'll love them man that's if you haven't seen them already?

I looked up some info on these and watched a bit from the first episode of Early Doors.
Both seem like really fun shows and I will check them out as soon as I finished one or two other shows I'm watching right now.

Oh and another very good show:

Garth Marengi's Darkplace

A friend of mine has it on DVD and I borrowed it last year or so.
The series is about a hospital where strange things happen, but the funny thing is the deliberate crappy props and effects. The whole series has a cheesy 80's vibe.
I strongly recommend this show!!!

they played these on adult swim for a tad, didn't last though.

OT one thing i learned talking with comedy actors about imitating crap shows, it's harder to act/produce an purposely awkward show than a regular one. it's all about timing and the lack of. try too hard, it looks forced. not enough, it looks professional.
