Just got an email from KGH to say it's awaiting shipment.

I haven't been looking at BBICN's 'Out of the Box' part of their forum recently, so missed this photo review by Optimus:

These were great. Thanks for sharing the links!

First make sure your hands are totally clean before handling this figure:lecture

The pants on this figure are really tight. They really don't want you to move the legs at all. The thighs are too big but its not a muscle body or anything. Its like they said "Whats the least amount of fabric we can use?" The vest is also very tight, keeps coming undone cause of those plastic press buttons. I appreciate the neck cover they included to help hide the neck joint. The head sometimes comes apart when turning. It should snap together instead of using a magnet. The bat is metal. Nice selection of hands.

I think swapping it to a thinner body would greatly improve the poseability.

Mine arrived this morning.

It's a good looking set, as is typical of VTS/DAM figures.

A couple of things stand out:

Firstly the belt buckle is so thick it pushes the bottom of the waistcoat out. He'd probably look better with the belt removed.

Secondly, my pet peeve - bootleggers who go to the trouble of putting their invented fake name for the character on the stand. Why go to the trouble? VTS did it with their Mad Max, putting 'Wasteland Ranger' on the stand; SuperMad did it with their Blade Runner 2049s, putting 'Blade Hunter 2046' on the bases.

Why not just leave them blank?

I didn't have any trouble with the vest, but I did remove the trouser belt so it didn't stick out so much.

The trousers are tight, and the problem of posing is compounded by the base. As nicely sculpted as that stand is, the rubble gets in the way of setting his left foot, and if you try to pose him to avoid the issue his fly wants to spring open!

When setting him up I considered using the bomb as a means to hide the 'Skull' from the nameplate,

but when I came to put him with some of the other Gotham villains I decided to swap his base with Scarecrow:

The eyes are really well done:

Mine come straight out of the box with ripped sleeves. That tiny button is loose and some stitches.
