"Very Hot" modern uniform sets

Does anyone collect these? I am curious to know how good these sets are. They look fantastic in the pictures, but most stuff does. Any opinions would be appreciated.

I don't own any complete sets but I do own some parts and have heard a thing or two about the quality.

I have one of their vests (seen in a couple of my posts in the Cobra Viper thread) and it's quite good. The weave of the fabric is to scale (unlike Sideshow's stuff) and the stitching is solid. The velcro is a lot to be desired but it's sufficient. The older VH sets have far more issues then the most recent ones. Their guns can be a little on the large side but the real issue is the assembly, the guns are assembled a little crooked sometimes. I've heard their bodies are crap too.
That's all I know about them.

Similarly I have no experience owning them myself but I've heard from a handful of guys that they're pretty solid kits.

Saw this one today on Monkey Depot and I want the SCAR and MP5 (and possibly the tactical vest) but don't want to drop $80 on the whole set. Does TA or MD part these out?

That's the vest on my Viper minus the extra mag, medic, and radio pouches:

It's quite good, though I could probably futz it better.
I was also going to get the MP5K but I've heard that it's assembled crooked and lacks crisp detail from OSW.

I think Monkey Depot occasionally parts out Very Hot but I haven't seen it.

I have three Hot Toys SCARs, and they're great.

I was interested in this one because of the grenade launcher attachment, scope, and silencer, and because it's black.

Yeah I want one with grenade launcher in black too.
Very Hot is the only accessible version, Mil did make one like that but in extremely limited numbers.

I bought a set before (CQB 2.0) and was disappointed. I sold it about a week later. Trust me, the accessories look better in pictures. The quality of the guns, etc. are terrible and come unpainted. The clothing is cheap (fitment sucked on TTA bodies) and anything that's glued (elbow pads, gun holster) quickly fell off. If Hot Toys accessories are the best, I'd rank these pretty low in comparison.
