I wish I could've included all those but the max options for a poll is "10"

And if there was 5 or 10 votes for those that you mentioned then I would agree they should have been on the list. But I've seen a couple of votes in the comments for 1/4batman, barney ross and 1 vote for 1/4 endo, snakeeyes, and stormshawdow. No mention of predator or colton. So, those are as lackluster as ASM and Cap.

And as I said in the poll question that I based the list on the most discussed figures.

I can understand that, but the fact that this is in the marvel section alone would deter folks to vote on figures not on the list. Its all good, not a big deal etherway, just a fun poll to see what figures were the best this year and from the looks of it the Hulk and DX13 are the top two contenders anyway so all other figures are fluff at this point

I'm glad to say I own both hulk and the DX13 so I did well this year for my collection, both are truly amazing figures and deserving of the title of FOTY

DX13 looks amazing but DX11, with all the accessories it came with at that price tag, I gotta say was the figure of the year, at least to me. That thing came with a backdrop, 2 sets of hands gloved and paint-smudged, 4 knife-weapons including potato peeler and pencil, cuffs, money, cards, 3x firearms, table chair lamp setup, 2 head sculpts, mask and detonator for the EX, all for about $250 pre-order. Definitely the one that was worth every penny.

Best figure for me was DX11, even though I'm tired of the character, the figure was tops. Hulk and Mark VII were pretty good too.

I will have to go with DX11 - but Hulk would be a close 2nd in my opinion. He completes the Avengers look totally!
