dremel lightly then sand it down with sand paper. or you could use files but i'd go at it slowly a bit at a time just to be safe.

I finally got all the parts in cept the colt python. Should have him put together by the end of the week. So damn exciting. After that i've gotta figure out how to pose him

This is one of the most awesome threads ever.

I'm so pissed off, I bought a HT BL body and was doing the mod only to discover one of the screws is jammed and will have to be drilled out. I don't have a powerdrill so I'll have to borrow a drill from a friend over the weekend

A dremel is the best investment I ever made. Get one!

I used a dremel and the drill bits but it didn't dent the screw! and I don't want to cut into the body unless absolutely necessary
