Medi's Stormie will be too small next to Hurc's Vader. With extensions Medi Vader barely reached Old Ben's height and the stormtrooper was shorter than Medi Vader.

Exclusive would be a full size (1/6 scale) 1 piece molded ghost anakin (like the holo sidious except Anakin and 1/6 scale)!

The 1/6 ghost would be cool but unlikely. The stump that galactiboy mentioned sounds possible.
I can see them doing a crispy Anakin reveal on the ROTS version.
