Man, I feel like I did almost ten plus years ago when I first saw the trailer for Fellowship...

Ian McKellen doesn't look like he's aged a day! (the magic of makeup, I know).

My only nitpick (and I'm sure it's a knee jerk reaction, and won't bother me at all when the film is finally released) is that the dwarves look really different from the brief glimpse of dwarves other than Gimli we saw in Fellowship.

Man, I read the Hobbit back in fifth grade, It's been a while. Might have to pick it up again. I love LOTR's but I remember the Hobbit being a much smaller adventure. I kinda liked it. Isn't there a war at the end of the book as well?
