Of what I've seen in person, and weighing in paint apps and sculpt, as there are some amazing sculpts that got lousy production paints, these are my votes.

Trev's work on thos figures was great, but the factory paint jobs didn't carry the sculpt.

I'd have to say, that the Gorae line of figures done by Kim Sang Hyun
were some of the best ever made. His original Hellboy figure
& Hartigan set the standards for all that followed. That's why
Hot Toys hired him and use his eye system in the DX line. So
he doesn't take away from their business...

Gorae figures had top notch paint apps, (some) real hair, life like
sculpt and movable eyes.

After that, I's say the Bruce Lee Enterbay figures.

No love for the HT Dent/Two Face sculpt??

I prefer the regular Harvey Dent sculpt over the Two Face sculpt. I also prefer the Bank Robber Joker likeness over the DX version (the Cop Joker likeness is outstanding).
