I've got a question.

If Lucas and Spielberg had a threesome with someone and filmed it, who would direct????

:monkey1 :monkey1

And more importantly would there be a special edition recut a decade later? :lol

Lmao. Oh Tarantino would DEFINITLY direct it. Been waiting for that guy to get into porn for years. His movies would be so fresh and visceral. The perspective that man could offer to hardcore porn.., He could revolutionize the industry!

And they should probably run a train through Rob Reinar. With all that fat ****s done to people's civil liberties. I'd actually prefer it if it was non-consensual

Alright fine. So long as they continue to update the occassional classic novel and put Mila Jahopelessvitch in the lead role whether there's a heroine in the book or not.

Yes. Oh god YES. There must also be zombies. Lots and lots of zombies.

I'm told you disagree with pants? :monkey4

Is it me or does he make threads and never comes back to them :lol

People insult and ***** at him, would you come back for that?

the thing is everyone insults him and makes fun but this poll already has 5 pages of crap in it :lol

for someone that is being made fun of his threads actually make people talk :rotfl

I agree with devilof76. If I had the choice between forever watching Star Wars and The Empire Strikes Back over Spielberg's lifework I'd pick SW and Empire.

Lucas FTW, even though he's been a joke for a very long time.

Both have contributed a lot to film making so I won't pick one over the other, but whether you hate them or love them there is no arguing the impact the Star wars series have had on society....you be hard to find a civilized country that doesn't know about Star Wars.....everyone keeps talking about Jaws, just in my opinion it has to be one of the most overrated films of all time right there next to Scarface...If you really want to see one of the earliest "best" movies ever made in my humble opinions it's Alien two...I have never had so much fun watching a movie, the actors in this film was totally believable and had you sitting on the edge of your seats in anticipation of what was going to happen....

The films I love and enjoy that are directed by George Lucas,

- Star Wars (1977)

The films I love and enjoy that are directed by Spielberg,

- Schindler's List
- Jaws
- Jurassic Park
- Raiders of the Lost Ark
- E.T.

I love the Original Trilogy, specifically Star Wars and Empire (probably more so than most of the films above) and I know Lucas had a major helping hand with Indiana Jones but I'd go with Spielberg.

Lucas lost his appeal as a wizard and visionary after the 90s in my opinion. I don't know how to look at him now.

I'd agree with most of your list. I'd add American Graffiti under Lucas's name and say that its his best film as a writer and director. I'd also add Saving Private Ryan and Empire of the Sun under Spielberg's name.

Yeah. I like American Graffiti but, I dunno, I don't love it or really enjoy it.

There's more I could add to Spielberg, definitely, but the point I was trying to make is that, other than Star Wars, Spielberg has done more for me in terms of entertainment and film making than Lucas.
