IMO if POs start selling on eBay for over $2500, I don't think many folks will cancel their PO. would make no sense to lose an NRD when they can sell their PO for a nice profit. So keep an eye on eBay as your guide to WL conversations

Life still happens...credit card declines, car breaks down, marriage, vacations, expensive house repairs, new house/car....there's always going to be people that just can't shell out $1200 even if they want to flip it.
